The objective is to establish a contract for non-benefit temporary workers (workers will not receive employee benefits), and payroll services for temporary workers on short, long and seasonal assignments. This Request for Proposal covers the requirements for the Columbia County Board of Commissioners for the services of a Staffing Agency (Contractor) to provide application screening and / or temporary employment services for various positions throughout the County. The purpose is to establish a contract with firm pricing from which the County may utilize the above-mentioned services at its discretion, preferably from a sole provider. The County reserves the right to choose separate providers if a greater cost savings may be obtained through enhanced services offered by one or more providers for the separate options
