The City of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional support in the review of development proposals, with particular emphasis on building architecture, site layout, and overall design quality. The selected consultant will work closely with Community Development staff and coordinate with the Design Review Board to ensure consistency with adopted design guidelines and the community¿s character. Responsibilities include assisting staff, applicants, stakeholders, boards, and committees by evaluating architectural elements, recommending design improvements, and promoting best practices in site planning, placemaking, and project integration within the surrounding context. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
