Legislative Hall Parking Garage

The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is soliciting proposals for the Legislative Hall Parking Garage project, RFP number OMB-MJ1002000071. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a qualified contractor for the construction of the Legislative Hall Parking Garage. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete construction of the parking garage as detailed in the attached specifications (OMB-MJ1002000071-specs.pdf) and drawings (OMB-MJ1002000071-dwg..pdf). Key requirements include adherence to prevailing wage rates (OMB-MJ1002000071-wages.pdf) and all applicable state and local regulations.
