The City of Winston‑Salem manages a diverse portfolio of complex, multi‑disciplinary responsibilities that span professional engineering, infrastructure improvement, transportation planning, program development, and technical analysis. To enhance its capacity and maintain a high standard of service delivery, the City is seeking qualified consulting firms with the breadth and depth of expertise necessary to supplement City staff. The intent of this on‑call contract is to provide a flexible, efficient, and scalable mechanism for accessing specialized professional services as needs arise
