Architectural Services 2025 (Request for Qualifications)

The District is seeking the performance of architectural services on a variety of District construction projects from small renovations and energy efficiency projects to capital facility construction (e.g., modernization or new construction), on an as needed basis. The services include full architectural services, from pre-design concept through 100% construction documents, preparation of bid documents, assisting during the bidding process, construction administration, and closeout, for a range of projects that the District identifies in the future ("Services"). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
