A&E Services, Replace Boilers-Sioux Falls Armory

The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and/or Engineering services for the above referenced project. This project scope will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for the following project scope:Replace existing gas-fired hydronic boilers, pumps, drives, and other associated equipmentA technical review committee will review the submissions and select the firm based on the criteria shown. The committee respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 30 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy via email to the Project Manager no later than 4:00 PM, MT, February 5, 2026.
