Description

Farm lease of approx. 374.50 acres of land in 2026 and 2027. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of March 1, 2026, or upon signature of the IDNR Director, whichever occurrence is the latter and shall terminate February 28, 2029. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
