Description

Seeking cost proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to prepare an ALTA Survey and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for each of two (2) industrial properties that are part of the Districts’ Waste-by-Rail System. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Due 04/01/2026 at 3:00 PM. Project locations Puente Hills Intermodal Facility (PHIMF) - City of Industry, CA & Mesquite Regional Landfill (MRL) - Imperial County, CA.
