Navajo Nation Division of Community Development is seeking construction services for Standing Rock Senior Center roof renovation

Description

To remove the existing flat roof structure and construct a new pitched roof system. The work also includes installation of new rooftop hvac heating and cooling combination units with ductwork cleaning, demolition and installation of a new suspended ceiling system, and replacement of all light fixtures. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A MANDATORY site visit with the Standing Rock Senior Center is required for all General Contractors submitting a proposal.
