Baldwin Borough - Salt Storage Improvements - Contract B - Municipal

Contract B – Municipal Salt Storage Includes but not limited to repair of damaged exterior masonry block; replace all exterior man doors, sectional overhead doors and chain link fence swing gates; enlargement of existing 12'H x 14'W lower-level salt storage access door to 14'H x 16'W; ; CMU in-fill; clean and coat interior block of salt storage area, repair large cracks and spalls within interior walls of salt storage area; replace all interior lights within salt storage area and associated switches; replace exterior wall pack lights; new gutters and downspouts; replace existing one (1) vent louver and one (1) exhaust fan within salt storage area; remove existing brine system piping from exterior of building; clean and seal the exterior masonry block; install and paint bollards at all truck doors and all appurtenances. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
