PSTThe Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is accepting proposals from general contracting firms to provide GC/CM services.Project Description:To address short and long-term capacity needs, this multi-phase program may include but is not limited to interior renovations to existing buildings, site improvements, classroom addition and core additions at Redmond High School in Redmond, WA. The district and design team will evaluate needs and priorities of which phasing will be determined in collaboration with the awarded GC/CM.No hardcopy submittals will be accepted. All submittals will be electronically submitted via the Bonfire portal. Each response shall be in accordance with the specifications and documents now on file in Bonfire.
