Information regarding bid results will be available the day following the bid opening.Engineering plans, drawings, specifications and other related contract information may be obtained at KC Blueprint and Plan Room, and may be accessed atwww.kcblueprint.com.  No paper copies will be issued by the Owner.  If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed at their own expense. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have obtained the complete and most current set of contract documents, including all addenda. The Owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the plans and specifications, and bidders are responsible for verifying all information and conducting their own due diligence. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids, to reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for bids, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Owner. The Owner also reserves the right to negotiate with any responsive and responsible bidder.
