Work includes approx. 1 LS of clearing and grubbing; 40 LF of 18" CMP removal; 315 SY of remove and replace asphalt; 10 EA of relocate utility services as needed; 1 EA of stockpile & replace bird feeder; 1 EA of stockpile & replace decorative lighthouse; 2 EA of removal of stockpile & replace signs as needed; 2 EA of rock check dam; 1,100 LF of silt fence; 1 LS of of permanent seeding and mulching; 400 SY of fine grading; 250 CY of haul offsite and dispose of excess soils; 1,250 EA of R-TANK XD " DECKA unit or engineer; 90 SY of Mirafi 140N; 3,000 SY of Mirafi 1,100CN; 96 LF of 15" HDPE; 16 TN of waashed stone(#57 or #78); 80.
