Digital Fire Alarm Communication System (RFP)

Work consist of digital fire alarm communication system upgrade. Includes evaluate and implement a modern, NFPA 72-compliant fire alarm communication system across district facilities. The goal is to replace analog and copper-based systems with dacts enabled solutions featuring dual-path transmission (cellular/ip); 24/7/365 central monitoring with automatic supervision; 60-second signal failure notification; system redundancy independent of analog phone lines; compatibility with current and future fire alarm panels. The agreement period for monitoring & maintenance services will be an initial term of 5 years with one five-year option to extend at City’s discretion.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
