Description

The City of Tybee Island seeks proposals from interested and qualified design firm for the design of a new firestation for the City of Tybee Island, that is two stories, and each story is approximately 7,500 square feet.Sealed proposals must be received by 2:00PM local time, on December 15, 2025. The City of Tybee Islandreserves the right to reject any or all proposals.A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 2:00PM in the City of TybeeIsland, City Hall Conference Room (403 Butler Avenue). Interested respondents are encouraged to attend,as they will have the opportunity to discuss specifications and ask questions.
