Description

Provide comprehensive engineering design services for retrofitting existing air handling units (AHUs) with a modern fan wall system, including full replacement of hot water and chilled water coils, in a 33-story commercial high-rise. The goal is to improve HVAC performance, energy efficiency, and system redundancy while minimizing operational disruption. Q&A deadline 2/2/2026 by 12:00 AM. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
