Gem County is seeking construction services for ADA remodel phase 2 to improve accessibility.

Description

The project will comprise of the addition of an exterior accessible ramp to the lower level and a new entry door at the west facade of the existing building. The existing gravel parking lot will be paved with sitework improvements including modifications to the existing seepage bed extents, a new trash enclosure, and site lighting. Any pre-bid questions or clarifications are due February 11, 2026, by 12:00 pm. All questions must be submitted via email to clerk@co.gem.id.us. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
