Ada County Mosquito Abatement District Aerial Application Services 2026

Provide aerial larvicide and ultra-low volume (“ULV”) applications, assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of such aerial applications, and provide post-application support for the purpose of mosquito abatement within the boundaries of the Ada County Mosquito Abatement District (“ACMAD”). Questions Due Date Jan 13th 2026, 4:00 PM MST. Term and Renewal. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date set forth above, but the performance of services and payment therefor shall only be provided as contemplated herein (1) when County actually places an order for aerial application services; or (2) upon the declaration of an emergency and notification of the emergency to Vendor. The term of this Agreement shall thereafter continue through September 30, 2026, but may, upon a mutually executed writing, be renewed for up to five (5) additional one-year (1-year) terms commencing on October 1 and ending on September 30 of the next calendar year under the same terms and conditions set forth herein.
