Immunization Information System DeIVAX-Hosting, Maintenance & Enhancements

The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), is soliciting proposals (RFP # HSS26001-DELVAX) for Hosting, Maintenance, and Enhancements to its Immunization Information System, DeIVAX. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor to provide a secure, reliable, and scalable platform for managing and improving the state's immunization data. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: hosting the DeIVAX system, providing ongoing maintenance and support, implementing system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring data security and privacy, and adhering to all applicable federal and state regulations related to immunization data management. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in hosting and maintaining similar immunization information systems, strong data security protocols, expertise in software development and system integration, and the ability to provide timely and effective technical support. Respondents should be able to demonstrate their qualifications in these areas to be considered for the award.
