Description

The City of Oldsmar is soliciting proposals for a Compensation and Classification Study. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the City's current compensation and classification system. The scope of the study includes, but is not limited to: administrative, business, employee benefits, finance, economics, governmental, human resources, relations, management, and organizational development consulting. The awarded consultant will be expected to evaluate existing job descriptions, conduct market research to determine competitive salary ranges, and develop recommendations for a modernized and equitable compensation structure. The consultant should address administrative consulting, business consulting, employee benefits consulting, finance and economics consulting, governmental consulting, human resources/relations consulting, management consulting, and organizational development consulting. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in conducting similar compensation and classification studies for municipalities, a thorough understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations, and the ability to provide clear and actionable recommendations.
