Compensation and Classification Study

The City of Oldsmar is soliciting proposals for a Compensation and Classification Study. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the City's current compensation and classification system. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in conducting similar compensation and classification studies for municipalities, a thorough understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations, and the ability to provide clear and actionable recommendations.
