Request for Qualification for Various Engineering Services

The Village of Oswego is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide various engineering services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ #504464) encompasses a wide range of services including, but not limited to, urban and regional development, bridge engineering, civil engineering, concrete engineering, drainage engineering, geotechnical engineering, land development and planning, municipal engineering, sanitary engineering, traffic and transportation engineering, water and wastewater treatment, flood control, and land surveying. The scope includes general construction management, cost estimation engineering, field engineering, inspection services (general and structural), irrigation and storm drainage engineering, and environmental surveys. The due date for submissions is August 19, 2025.
