Coral Gardens Vacuum Sewer System

Martin County is seeking bids from licensed and experienced Contractors to install a vacuum sanitary sewer system for the Coral Gardens service area. The proposed system will serve approximately 638 single-family residential parcels. The Contractor will also construct a fully enclosed masonry building to house the vacuum and sewage pumping assemblies. This project is funded in part by a State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Standard Grant Agreement (No. WG113) as well as a FDEP Clean Water State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (WW430280). Therefore, the successful Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements
