Under this Request for Response (RFR), the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI) seeks to purchase Youth Mentoring Services designed to: 1) provide customized and appropriate services which respond to the specific needs of each newly arrived refugee youth; 2) be provided in a coordinated, effective and timely manner; 3) contribute to the achievement of vocational, educational, and social adjustment and self-sufficiency
