Description
The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) and the Office of Probation and Community Intervention are issuing this RFP for the provision of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Evaluation and Treatment Services to youth who reside in the awarded judicial circuit(s) and are referred by the Department. Evaluation services provided by the Respondent shall include mental health, substance abuse, and integrated mental health and substance abuse diagnostic evaluations, which shall result in a report submitted to the Department. Treatment services provided by the Respondent shall include individual, group, and family counseling/therapy services, to include individualized treatment plans; individualized treatment plan reviews; clinical case management, if needed; drug screenings/urinalyses, if applicable; monthly progress reports; discharge plans; and legal testimony, if needed. The Department intends to award multiple rate agreements in all 20 judicial circuits
