The City of Oregon City (hereinafter referred to as “City”), through the Parks and Recreation Department, is requesting proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") that are interested in providing professional engineering and construction management services to the City for the Clackamette Park Design and Engineering Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project")
