Description

The objective of this RFP is to enter into an Agreement with CONTRACTOR, who shall furnish all necessary expertise, personnel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, timely and responsive to the timeframe of the Project. The specific services to be provided and performed are described in Section VIII, Scope of Services. The successful proposer shall perform the services under the awarded agreement as an independent contractor, and nothing contained in this RFP or the awarded agreement shall be construed to be inconsistent with this relationship or status. Nothing in the awarded agreement shall be interpreted or construed to constitute the successful proposer or any of its agents or employees to be the agent, employee, or representative of the Village
