Description

The work shall include, but is not limited to, pavement rehabilitation, concrete improvements, and striping improvements. Contractor to provide all necessary work plans, permits, and inspections necessary, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein. Project is to be completed within Eighty (80) WORKING days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time
