Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Neighborhood Improvement Project for the City of Nashville located in Nashville until Tuesday August 12, 2025 by 2:00pm, at which time bids will be opened and read. Bid Proposal Package must be delivered to Nashville City Hall, Purchasing Agent. The meeting will be held at the Nashville Cite Hall located at 405 W Washington Ave, Nashville, Ga 31639. Proposals can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Amanda Thacker, City Clerk at 405 W Washington Ave, Nashville, Ga 31639. Bids will be opened to the public. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The City of Nashville may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00am local time, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. This conference will be held at the Nashville City Hall located at 405 W Washington Ave, Nashville, Ga 31639. This pre-bid conference is not mandatory for all contractors intending to submit a proposal as the prime contractor. The Scope of Work Includes: Street improvements, installation of a splash pad, parking lot, and walking trail that consists of new sidewalk and sidewalk repairs. The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the City of Nashville as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within (10) days after being notified that he has been awarded the Contract. All work on the project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed
