Description
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for improvements to 4 delivery site locations throughout Collin County. The project sites include Farmersville, Lucas No. 3, Milligan, and Princeton No. 1. Reference sheet G00-03 in the construction plans for a location map. Farmersville, Lucas No. 3, and Princeton No. 1 site improvements consist of the construction of a new meter vault and yard piping. The construction will include a control valve, electromagnetic meter, isolation valves, cast-in-place vault, precast concrete building, site and grading improvements, yard piping, and demolition, modification, or abandonment of existing vaults. The Milligan improvements consist primarily of replacing equipment inside of the existing vault. Construction at this site includes a control valve, electromagnetic meter, isolation valves, electrical and instrumentation improvements, and a new electrical building. The OPCC range for this project is $10 - 13.5M
