The City of Evanston’s Public Works Agency is seeking proposals from experienced firms for: Professional engineering services to provide design and construction services to replace the High Lift Pump #7 natural gas engine. The design shall be conducted based on generally accepted Water Sector guidance documents, procedures, and Best Practices
