Description

The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Workers' Compensation Division ("Agency") is issuing this Request for Proposal under the provisions of ORS 279B.060 for Supplemental Disability Benefits (SDB) Processing Services. Agency anticipates the award of one Contract from this RFP. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be 5 years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of 10 years.
