Preliminary Breath Testing (PBT) Instrument

The State of Delaware, through its Government Support Services (GSS) department, is soliciting proposals (RFP #GSS25807-PBT_INST) for Preliminary Breath Testing (PBT) Instruments. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a vendor to provide the State with PBT instruments.
