HCB Services for Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), is soliciting proposals (RFP# HSS25001C-HCBS) for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The primary purpose of this RFP is to identify qualified providers to deliver comprehensive and person-centered HCBS to eligible individuals, enabling them to live and participate in their communities.
