The Maui Director of Finance, State of Hawaii, is soliciting proposals for the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WWRF) Return Activated Sludge/Waste Activated Sludge (RAS/WAS) Dewatering Upgrades, Job No. WW23-13.
