Description

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Administrative Office (AO), has issued RFP #BD-18-1071-AO-CON01-22804 for Acquired Brain Injury/Moving Forward Plan Transitional Assistance Services. The primary purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide transitional assistance services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, specifically in support of the Moving Forward Plan.
