Description

This Scope of Services outlines the professional consulting services required to provide urban roadway design, landscape architecture and agency permitting/coordination associated with implementing stormwater and streetscape improvements along Dixie Highway Service Road, Old Post Office Alley and the side streets that run east to west for the Dixie Stormwater & Streetscape project. The project consists of the extension of the Bridge Road Main Street Project beginning at SE Bridge Road at the Dixie Highway Service Road and extending south to SE Saturn Ave. The project includes on-street parking, drainage upgrades, utility undergrounding, sidewalk widening, new street lighting, landscaping and roadway repaving along a 0.51-mile stretch of SE Dixie Highway Service Road, 0.37 stretch of Old Post Office Alley and approximately 1.0 miles of side street for a total of 1.88 miles. The project will include the side streets that run east to west connecting to Old Post Office Alley. This project will also include a Festival Street design at the property located between SE Adonis to SE Olympus, construction of a railroad park for the Hobe Sound Historic Train Station and realigning the alley and dumpster enclosures
