The City is seeking a consultant with considerable expertise in the area of solid waste and recycling to perform a variety of tasks including providing a recommendation on methods, materials and frequency of collection/service going forward, preparation of one or more RFSP(s), assisting with review of RFSP(s) responses, assisting with negotiation of a new franchise agreement, and providing consulting services to the city during the transition period
