Description

The City of Tamarac in partnership with its Consultant, Colliers International, is soliciting proposals seeking a developer to enter into a long-term ground lease for +/- 14.76-acres on N Pine Island Road and +/- 27.36 acres on Nob Hill Road for a mixed-use development to include a +/- 112,468 square foot new municipal building in Tamarac, Florida. Proposers shall submit responses electronically via https://tamarac.bidsandtenders.org/Module/Tenders/en, on or before the date and time referenced above. The City’s solicitation management system will not accept electronic responses after 3:00 p.m. without exception. Any uncertainty regarding the time a submittal is received will be resolved against the submitting Offeror. Offeror shall be required to register with bidsandtendersTM at www.tamarac.org/bids in order to obtain access to the bid documents, and to submit their electronic response
