Prospective Bidders are to meet at the Old Greenwich School front entrance and sign-in. On Site Parking may not be available. Bidder attendance is STRONGLY encouraged but not mandatory. All questions regarding bidding procedures, bidding documents and construction procedures are to be directed in RFI form to the Construction Manager Downes Construction Company at OGSbid@downesco.com. All answers will be published by written Addendum. Extension of the RFI deadline may only be revised by written addendum. Questions received verbally will not be answered. The RFI submission deadline is five (5) business days prior to the bid due date at 12 noon EST.
