Description
The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), is soliciting proposals (RFP #HSS26014-SBHC) for the establishment and operation of School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) serving adolescents in nineteen school districts throughout the state.
The primary purpose of this RFP is to improve adolescent health outcomes by providing comprehensive, accessible, and integrated healthcare services within the school setting.
The scope of services expected includes, but is not limited to: primary care, mental health services, substance abuse counseling, health education, and preventative care. Successful respondents will be responsible for all aspects of SBHC operation, including staffing, facility management, and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
