Collection Services (RFP)

Seeking qualified proposers to fulfill the needs for all state agencies, divisions of higher education and political subdivisions for debt services to collect various types of debt from Colorado state agencies, political subdivision and institutes of higher education. The needs of each entity will be unique in nature and any award of a contract will not be a guarantee of work. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/18/2025 05:00 PM EDT. The initial term of the awarded Contract is anticipated to begin on April 21, 2026 and end on April 20, 2027. This Contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the State. The total duration of the Contract, including all options, is not anticipated to exceed five (5) years. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
