6th / H Street Appartments' Window Replacement Project

Work includes window replacement. Prep interior and exterior of window as needed to include removal and proper disposal of existing windows, trim and all job-related materials (inside and outside). Inspection of frames and structural components to identify and make necessary repairs. Fitting and installation of new windows (both fixed and operable). Windows should be double glass, low-e, white vinyl, and have screens (as appropriate). Windows in shower/restroom areas shall be obscure glass. Cap and caulk will match color of new vinyl window. Provide and install all windows, weatherproofing, seals and finishes to blend seamlessly with existing building aesthetic. See outside link. Q&A deadline is on 10/01/25, 2:00 PM.
