Works consists of, but not limited, to removing all existing asphalt shingles, ridge caps, underlayment, rain gutters, gravel roofing and drip edge metal, as well as fascia and decking material per plan and as needed. Contractor will install a new complete 20 year asphalt shingle or gravel roof system. 645 SF Install Roofing Chavez Park Concession Stand; 2,112 SF Install Roofing Veterans Park Picnic Area.
