Description

Work includes existing tree protection barricades and tagging required clearing and grubbing removal of vegetation along upper portions of the bank of the existing pond, construction of the new gravel access roadway and associated parking, site demolition, removal of the existing adjustable outfall structure and appurtenances, earthwork, rework the southern perimeter bank sloping, install pondbank sodding, installation of gravel access roadway and associated parking, install access roadway swales and drainage piping, site preparation, ada pathway connection, install new meandering 5 wide mulch nature trail, and install erosion control bmps during construction. Q&A Deadline 01/17/25. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
