Perform the installation and integration of an axle counter system (acs) into the existing cats blue line automatic train control system (atcs). A pre-bid meeting was held on 09/18/25, 11:00 AM via MS Teams. Various locations South Yard South Interlocking; South Yard North Interlocking; North Yard South Interlocking; North Yard North Interlocking; UNCC Interlocking; I-485 Interlocking; CTC/6th Street Interlocking; Old Concord Road Interlocking & Pumpernickle Crossing.
