Description

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is soliciting proposals under RFP-26-HHL-010 for the "BROADBAND USE AND ADOPTION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN." The main purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified vendor to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to increase broadband use and adoption within Hawaiian Home Lands communities. Key requirements include but are not limited to: Developing strategies to address barriers to broadband adoption, creating programs to promote digital literacy and inclusion, and outlining the scope of work.
