FY2027 Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant Program Request for Proposals (RFP)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: JuvenileJustice Incentive Grant RFP Overview: The purpose of this grant opportunity is to provide funding for local programs designed to serve youth in the community who would otherwise be committed to DJJ. Recipients of this grant opportunity will be employing evidenced-based programming appropriate to the needs of youth in the community. WORKSHOP: A workshop will be held March 5, 2026 at 10:00am.  This meeting will be held virtually. High priority will be given to the eighteen (18) counties who commit the highest numbers of juveniles to the Department of Juvenile Justice. The availability of funds is dependent on appropriations from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Georgia State Legislature. The Office reserves the right to reduce the amount of funds available based on government budgetary actions. The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, (CFDA 16.540) administers a portion of these funds at the national level.
