262135 Adolescent Sexuality Education

The Massachusetts Bureau of Community Health and Prevention (BCHAP), a division of the Department of Public Health (DPH), is soliciting proposals for Adolescent Sexuality Education services under RFP number BD-26-1031-BCHAP-BCH01-123259, also known as event 262135. The primary purpose of this Request for Response (RFR) is to identify qualified organizations to deliver comprehensive sexuality education programs to adolescents in Massachusetts. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the development and implementation of age-appropriate and evidence-based curricula focused on topics such as healthy relationships, consent, puberty, reproductive health, contraception, and prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancies. Programs should be culturally responsive and accessible to diverse populations, including youth with disabilities, LGBTQ+ youth, and those from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in providing adolescent sexuality education, qualified and trained staff, the ability to collect and report data on program outcomes, and adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the "Evaluation Criteria" attachment.
