262135 Adolescent Sexuality Education

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), through its Bureau of Community Health and Prevention (BCHAP), is soliciting proposals under RFP #BD-26-1031-BCHAP-BCH01-123259 for Adolescent Sexuality Education programs. The main purpose of this Request for Response (RFR) is to identify qualified organizations to deliver comprehensive sexuality education to adolescents within the state of Massachusetts. The scope of the program includes providing evidence-based or evidence-informed curricula and services designed to promote healthy sexual development, reduce rates of unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and foster positive relationships among adolescents. Proposals should outline specific program activities, target population(s), geographic area(s) served, and a detailed evaluation plan. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in delivering sexuality education to adolescents, a thorough understanding of adolescent development and sexual health, the capacity to collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes, and adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations.
