Request for Proposals Clerk of the Works/Owner’s RepresentativeNew Fire Station I. Project Timeline & Obligations The Town of Clinton is in the beginning building stages of completing a new Fire Station, located at 37 Baker St in Clinton. II. Introduction The Town of Clinton invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals for Clerk of the Works/Owner’s Representative services for Fire Station Construction project. This project is a pivotal infrastructure investment that will provide the Town of Clinton with a new adequately sized and located Fire Station. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and alignment with the community’s long-term growth and development goals. III. Background & Project Vision Four years ago, the Town of Clinton was awarded $2 million in congressionally designated spending for a new Fire Station/Public Safety building. It was then a several year process to pick the location, design wants and contractor for the project. In November of 2024 the project was officially approved by the voters and a bond of $1.9 million was also approved, bringing the new building budget to $4 million.
