This Invitation for Bid replaces RFx 6100064733The Commonwealth Technical Institute at the HGAC is seeking to procure the Guard 1 Plus Professional Edition and accessories. This is an invitation for bid and will be awarded at low cost.  Do not submit an alternate proposal.Please review the Statement of Work for the full requirements.Questions must be submitted to the RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@pa.gov.  Questions received will be uploaded as an addendum to this solicitation on eMarketplace.The deadline for questions is November 25, 2025, at 4:00pm ET.Questions by telephone or emailing the Issuing Officer will NOT receive a response.All bids must be submitted electronically using the Supplier Relationship Management System (SRM).  Failure to submit bids electronically will deem your bid non responsive.Bid Forms are required to be uploaded with the bidder's response.  Failure to do will result in your offer being considered non-responsive.
